What we collect, and why
Digest signups
- What: your email address, plus the date and source of your signup.
- Why: to send you the weekly job digest you asked for. Nothing else.
- We never sell or rent your address. Emails are sent through [PLACEHOLDER: email sending provider].
- Unsubscribe: use the one-click link in every email, or email seanlee02001@mail.grokbot.com.
Employer billing
- Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. They collect and process your card, billing address and tax details under their own privacy policy. We never see your full card details.
- We receive your order details from Lemon Squeezy (name, email, company, order number, amount) and keep your listing content, to deliver your post and support you.
Analytics
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a free, privacy-focused tool, to understand site traffic.
- It sets no cookies and doesn't use local storage to track you. It doesn't fingerprint you or follow you across sites.
- We only see aggregate numbers, such as page views, referring sites, country, and browser or device type. We can't identify individual visitors from it.
Job seekers
Applications go to each employer's own site. We don't collect your CV or application.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers above (Lemon Squeezy, [PLACEHOLDER: email provider], Cloudflare (analytics), [PLACEHOLDER: hosting/database]), or when the law requires it. These providers may process data outside Malaysia.
Keeping data
- Subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we don't email you again.
